Canada Immigration
Immigration to Canada is a complex, widely varying, often changing and
sometimes time consuming process. Identifying which immigration route to take
is just the start - finding out what documentation and how to complete it can
often be mind boggling - and that's if they don't change the rules along the
way! Finding out too late that you've got something wrong wastes time and
causes frustration.
Although it is possible to do your own immigration application some people may
feel more comfortable using the specialized services of either an immigration
consultant or immigration lawyer. Canilink Relocation and its employees are not
immigration consultants or immigration lawyers. The only people who can charge
a fee for providing immigration services/advice are licensed immigration
consultants and Canadian immigration lawyers. As such licensed immigration
consultants must be members of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants
(CSIC) and immigration lawyers must be members of the Canadian Bar Association
(CBA). It is illegal for anyone else to charge for services/advice in respect
to immigrating to Canada.
Members of Canilink Relocation can be referred to immigration
consultants/lawyers who will charge a fee for their services/advice.
